How do I add a widget?

Save a design in Ripple. On your Home Screen, touch and hold an empty area, tap Edit, then Add Widget, and choose Ripple. Touch and hold the new widget and tap Edit Widget to pick your design.

Why does my subscriber count look rounded?

YouTube only provides rounded subscriber counts to apps, so Ripple shows them in short form, such as 48.2K.

Why are analytics dated a few days ago?

YouTube Analytics data arrives with a delay. Ripple labels each value with the date it belongs to.

How often do widgets update?

iOS decides when widgets refresh, based on its budget for each app. Opening Ripple also refreshes your data.

How do I restore or cancel Ripple Pro?

In Ripple, open Settings and tap Restore purchases. To cancel a subscription, tap Manage subscription, or go to Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions on your iPhone.

How do I disconnect my channel?

In Ripple, open Settings and tap Disconnect Google account. This revokes Ripple's access and deletes that channel's data from your iPhone. You can also remove access in your Google Account permissions.
